As part of the account creating process on Feelapy, we have listed out the guidelines and rules you must follow to ensure you create an account as we demand on Feelapy.

This includes but not limited to:

You must not create a fake user account: At Feelapy, a fake user account is the account that doesn’t represent your real life personality from your name to the details about you.

You must bear the same name you bear on other third-party platforms that we use to review or verify your account with us before you can continue using Feelapy or get paid your earnings on Feelapy.

Therefore, your name on Feelapy must be the same as that on your bank account details. This is essential when you want to get paid your earnings by Feelapy.

Likewise, you should bear the same name as your Facebook profile because we might use this to verify your account if the need arises.

No Brand/Business Name: You must not bear a name or a username that represents a brand or a business except you are the brand or a representative of it. This includes Feelapy and third-party brands outside Feelapy.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Securing Your Account: By creating an account on Feelapy, you agreed that you would take the full responsibility in securing your account.

We play our role in securing your account by letting you set a security code (password) and username which you must have to be able to have an account with us and we also ensure the safety of your account by ensuring no other user is able to login to or make changes on your account without your regulated permission.

However, the publicity of these login details will always be under your permission, so you must ensure no other person is able to access your account except it’s your permission and Feelapy discloses that it will not be held responsible or accountable for any consequences or whatsoever that might arise by you allowing another user either on or outside Feelapy to access your account on the platform.

PARTICIPATING IN FEELAPY FORUMS!

Feelapy has forums where members participate and interact with posts.

These forums as at this date are typically based on “Questions & Answers”. While some members ask questions, other members answer them if they think they can.

For our forum participants, we have outlined the rules that must be followed strictly in the forum to avoid being banned from the forum or even site wide.

ASKING QUESTIONS

1 . Search For Similar Questions First: Ensure you have run a search through the forum for a similar question or answer before you proceed with yours.

You can make the forum search by using the search tool sitting at the top right corner of the forum “Menu”.

This will help you easily and quickly get an answer to your question.

2. The Headline Is Your Question: Ask your question straight in the headline then add some description at the body of the post to better help understand the context of your question.

We would filter off questions in the forum without a “Question Headline” or with the question itself buried in the body.

For instance, if you want to ask about how to prepare egusi soup, you should ask it in the headline then add some descriptive details in the body.

So your question should look like;

“Please How Can I Prepare Egusi Soup?”

OR

“Please How Is Egusi Soup Prepared?”

Then in the body of your question, you can add a description that helps to understand you better.

In view of this, “question headlines” like “Egusi Soup” with the real question asked in the body will be filtered with time.

You know how a question stands and resembles a question, so ask in such formats.

Let members be able to get the question from the headline even though they have clicked to read it.

3. It’s A Question, Not A Topic You Create: Your question must not stand like a topic. This means, every question should stand like a question and not like a topic that you want to teach or discuss.

For instance;

“How To Prepare Egusi Soup” Or “How To Prepare Egusi Soup?”, these are not questions and so they will be filtered off with time.

4. Be Simple & Straight To Point: What do you mean? Can you by yourself understand the question? Just be simple and straight to point.

Avoid the use of deep vocabularies, let an average person be able to understand your question so that there would be a good number of similar answers for you.

5. Typography: Avoid asking questions with typographic errors. This will not only confuse answers, but it will provide wrong or incomplete answers.

Always spell check each word or a term in your question and ensure everything is well spelt.

Beware of similar or synonymous words or terms or abbreviations. Always state clearly what word or term or abbreviations you want to refer to in your question so that people don’t get confused or provide wrong answers.

6. Be Realistic & Reasonable: Be realistic, ask questions if only you need them or if you want others to learn, ask questions that will educate you, other members, or visitors.

Do not ask questions simply because you want it to make your profile grow fast.

7. Do Not Sound Offensive Or Abusive: We take the privacy and importance of our users and visitors with strict seriousness.

Do not abuse, criticize or disdain any individual or an organisation, or a third-party company or platform or a government, or a religion, or an ethnic group or a race to mention but a few.

As a matter of fact, the moment your question has become abusive or has criticised or referred furiously to any of the mentioned bodies above, then you have violated this rule and your question will be filtered off as soon as we detect it.

8. Always Mark Your Question As Answered: It’s one thing to ask questions, but it’s another thing to select and mark the best answer to your question.

This is where being realistic plays its role. If you have asked the question because you needed it, then you would follow it up to get answers or suggestions.

Follow your question up and select the best answer, then mark it if it helped get you the solution you needed.

To mark an answer as the correct, simply look towards the top – left of the body of your question and below the headline, you should see a checkmark ✅ in around the 🔼up and down vote 🔽 arrows, hit the check mark and it will turn to green check mark, you have simply said that answer is the most correct to your question since it helped you get a solution.

9. Report A Question Or An Answer To Feelapy: Always help us to report a question or an answer you think has violated any of the outlined rules above.

Doing this will help keep the forums clean, risk-free and more user friendly and useful to everyone.

To report a question or an answer takes only a minute and two steps.

Look to the bottom of any question or answer you wish to report, you should see “Report” among other links, click on it, and a pop up text pane will appear, enter the reason why you wish to report it and hit “Submit”, thank you!

…. Having said all that, be informed that if you were reported oftentimes to have violated these rules or if our moderators find you offensive or harmful to the forum, Feelapy reserves the right to ban you from the forum or completely from the use of the website all without a prior notice.

As a matter of fact, being professional has a lot to do with your ability to carry everybody along on your content. You want an average reader to be able to comprehend everything you are trying to put in front of him.

So check and edit those words, break them down at least, and use similar terms that are commonly used everywhere.

5. Typography & Misspellings: We run checks on your replies as much as we can to ensure there were not bad grammars, wrongly spelt words, misplaced alphabets among a few others.

Oftentimes they happen by mistake and haste. Try to check and recheck your replies against this.

A good practice would be using a tool to spell check your post, you will be able to get a good copy of it.

At Feelapy, as soon as we discover one or two errors in your post, we simply trash it because it burdens us to correct.

6. Use Of Offensive Or Abusive Terms/Words: At Feelapy we prohibit the use of offensive terms or words, your post must be user friendly.

You must protect the privacy of our users and visitors at large, therefore be careful with terms you use for or against them and in your replies.

7. Be Simple & Straight To Point: What do you mean? Can you by yourself easily understand your reply? Just be simple and straight to the point.

Avoid the use of deep vocabularies, let an average person be able to understand your reply so that your reply can get a good engagement which will in turn boost your profile, you could also be check marked by the OP as the best answer to his/her Question.

8. Be Realistic & Reasonable: Be realistic, answer questions if only you know you can answer them, put your replies in such a way that will educate the OP, other members, or visitors well enough.
